Frequently asked questions about returns and refunds.
How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Unused and re-sellable condition with the original packaging (Within 30 days from the delivered date)
- Any defects (Within 90 days from the delivered date)
What items are non-refundable?
- Discounted items cannot be returned.
- International Orders
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is damaged caused by shipping handling, fill out the return form and select return reason as "Parcel damaged on arrival" within 7 days of the delivered date so that we can file a claim to the carrier for your damage.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method (5~7 days after receiving the return)
- Refund to store credit (Immediately after approval of return request)
How do I ship back the items?
When we approve the return request, we will send you the return label with an instruction email.
What is the cost of return?
The return label cost and 10% of restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For the defect items, the full amount will be refunded.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
